Chef’s Table Private Dining Experience
Ladies and gentlemen we are pleased to announce that we will be taking bookings for our chef’s table, private dining experience.
We offer an experience where the chef demonstrates and cooks dishes for a group of up to 8 people, seated around the worktable, which will be set in the kitchen.
Each event can be designed according to the clients desired requirements. Prices will be determined based on amount of guests, alcohol choice, as well as the dishes that will be prepared.
Guests are invited to get involved, under the close supervision of the chef. Preparation, Cooking and plating is offered to the guests as a part of the experience, but not obligatory.

We would like to offer either classic tapas or modern tapas
and
we offer an experience where the guests don an apron and get their hands dirty, under the close supervision of the chef, in the preparation of the dishes.
What you can expect
Chef, Justin Collinge, will be cooking just for you.
We set up place setting in our kitchen and encourage guests to get involved in some of the preparation and presentation of the dishes being served.
